It is only 385 days to go before the Niagara 2021 Canada Summer Games. Looking forward to the SB games.

I'm sure there will be eye rolling and my apologies but I've never heard of these games. I do feel somewhat guilty but this also speaks to the Canadian way of not really promoting amateur sports. That said I'm looking up the softball schedule and pencilling it in.

That said I'm looking up the softball schedule and pencilling it in. There has been a fair amount of discussion on here regarding the Team Ontario selection. They got the bright idea for this cycle to change the age for softball which took away the opportunity for the '01 and '02 kids to tryout. Was a windfall for the '03 and '04 kids. Being held only every four years means that they are not exactly forefront of everyone's mind and you definitely need to be born the right year -novice kids have a tough time competing with midgets. This challenge got harder when they lowered the age.

Makes it even tougher to compete when you don't know you can attend.
