It's the right call for both the Canadian and Australian teams, hopefully others will join and this gets pushed back until 2021.
With so much uncertainty as to when teams/athletes would be able to train again coupled with the risks involved right now I'm surprised they're even considering hosting the event this year.

With regards to the uncertainty and training, what are the chances that PWSA cancels some or all of the upcoming season?? Will Team O stuff get pushed back as athletes will be going into the final selection camp with 1-2 months of no training.

The Olympics involves 10's of thousands of athletes and fans from 200 countries around the world. There really is no comparison between it from a risk standpoint and tournaments played here in Ontario.
There is obviously a question mark on any events planned for the foreseeable future but not a lot to be gained by premature speculation around cancellation.
With respect to no training. From the teams and coaches, I talk to there is lots of at-home activity going on right now. There is tons of free stuff up on social media offering home training tips. Hitting nets (or a suspended sheet), wiffle balls or even rolled up socks will do in a pinch for hitting practice. Lots of dailies and fielding drills you can do with a couple of tennis balls. Pitchers should be able to stay active either pitching to a family member or a wall. It takes a little creativity but lots of ways to stay in decent shape through this process.
