16 Week Pre Season Pitching Program

Hi everyone,

I have developed a 16 week Pre Season Pitching Program that is designed to improve pitching mechanics, speed, and pitch selection.

Here’s what the program includes (fully online based):

-16 weeks of pitching programming with video footage of all drills to improve pitching mechanics, speed, and pitch selection

-16 weeks of workout programming to improve strength, endurance and power to enhance pitching performance

-Beginner, intermediate, and advanced program options available

-cost is $100

My experience:
- Pitched for Team Canada and Team Ontario
- 4 time Canadian Champion
- Pitching Coach for Wilfrid Laurier University Womens Softball Team for 4 years
- Have been doing pitching clinics and lessons for 5 years now
- Certified Personal Trainer, Kinesiologist
