Who: Pitchers looking to play at the next level Pitchers looking for extra workouts Pitchers looking to gain strength, endurance, and confidence over the off season What: Learn how to incorporate a leg activation and arm band routine to your bullpen workouts. Prevent injuries. Learn how to increase power and velocity. Receive a college level workout. Take home all the necessary tools to keep implementing what you’ve learned. Where: David Bradley Athletic Center- Mohawk College 135 Fennell Ave. W, Hamilton, ON L9C 0E5 When: Session 1: 9:00am-10:15am Session 2: 10:15am- 11:30am Dates: Sunday, January 27, 2019 Sunday, February 3, 2019 Sunday, February 10, 2019 Cost: $150 for all 3 sessions (maximum 4 pitchers per session) Take Home Package Includes: Resistance bands 2 written armband, and leg activation workouts designed for pitchers Written bullpen workouts Pitchers will be working without catchers for these sessions. It will be a mix of pitching drills, strength exercises, and band work. All designed to strengthen specific muscle groups to gain speed and power, while preventing injury.
