M3 Beginner and Intermediate Hitting Clinic
This 5 week Clinic Series is geared to beginners and intermediate ability in Baseball and Softball.
Participants will learn the basics of being a hitter. Instruction will focus on grip, hand and foot placement, the load, hip rotation, staying in the plane, contact and follow through.
5 x 1 hour sessions. Clinics capped at 5 athletes per clinic. 5:1 student to instructor ratio.
$199.00 + HST per athlete
9-10am Sunday Mornings, November 18, 2018 through December 16, 2018.
Instructor: Michael Hook – OBJ HOF 2015, Team Canada Jr and Sr Men’s Alumni, 4 year Athlete Louisville
Athletes must supply own bat and helmet. Turf or running shoes only (no cleats)
